Service and warranty
Our company supplies and installs Air-conditioning units as well as offers a one-year warranty on the unit/s installed by ourselves on condition that a service maintenance contract is drawn up between both parties.
If another party tampers with the work that we have carried out the warranty automatically falls away.
Should at any time there be repairs that need to be carried out, no repairs are done until they are reported to the necessary people involved. No major work will be carried out without an official company order number. Our company also offers maintenance contracts on existing work once the unit is out of the warranty period.
We offer a 24-hour breakdown service.
